NOMINATION PAPERS AVAILABLE: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2026 Candidate nomination papers are available on or after the above-listed date for the following MSAD 44 at-large school board director seats, to be voted on at the annual District-wide election:
Director Seat 1: At-Large, with Bethel Residency Requirement (3-year term)
Director Seat 2: At-Large, with Bethel Residency Requirement (3-year term)
Director Seat 3: At-Large, with Greenwood Residency Requirement (3-year term)
Director Seat 4: At-Large, with Newry Residency Requirement (2-year term)
Director Seat 5: At-Large, with Woodstock Residency Requirement (3-year term)

DEADLINE FOR DELIVERING NOMINATION PAPERS TO REGISTRARS OF VOTERS:
4:00 PM ON TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2026
All candidate nomination papers must be delivered to the Registrar of Voters in each of the MSAD 44 member municipalities where signatures have been collected by the above-listed date and time for certification.
DEADLINE FOR DELIVERING CERTIFIED NOMINATION PAPERS TO MSAD 44:
4:00 PM ON THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2026
All certified candidate nomination papers must be delivered to the MSAD 44 Central Office (One Parkway, Suite 204, in Bethel) by the above-listed date and time.
The candidates are responsible for collecting certified nomination papers from the Registrar of Voters and delivering them to MSAD 44 Central Office by this deadline.
ELECTION DAY
Election day is Tuesday, June 9, 2026. All voters may vote in their town for all vacant at-large MSAD 44 Director seats, regardless of the residency requirement for each vacant seat.
