Van Drivers and Student Monitors -- Regular and Substitute
MSAD #44 is accepting applications for Van Drivers and Student Monitors to drive vans, ride on vans, regular and substitute. Minimum requirements is an "Approval License" from the Maine Dept of Education. Applicants need to submit an Approval application form to DOE ($15 fee) and register on the DOE Certification web page for a background check which includes fingerprints ($55 fee). License is valid for five (5) years and minimum to work in Maine's public schools. Please submit the NonTeacher application to MSAD #44 with other supporting documents. EOE
Student Monitor positions are available within the Special Education department at district schools in the classrooms (K-12), for after-school assistance and/or for transportation monitors. Appropriate license required from Maine Dept of Education . Substitute Custodians, Substitute Food Service workers
SAD #44 is accepting applications for all Substitute positions (substitute custodian, substitute food service and substitute school bus driver or van driver).
